ĐIỀU KHOẢN DỊCH VỤ
I. DEADLINE:
- 2 tuần – 1 tháng kể từ ngày bắt đầu.
- Nếu bạn có deadline riêng, vui lòng thông báo trước cho mình để mình sắp xếp thứ tự làm comm.II. CÁC LOẠI COMMISSION MÌNH NHẬN/KHÔNG NHẬN:
- Mình không nhận commission thương mại.
- Mình nhận hầu hết các thể loại commission trừ horror, mecha, furry, NSFW,…
- Bạn có thể đặt một loại commission không có trong sample của mình. Mình sẽ nhận nếu mình cảm thấy khả năng của mình có thể đáp ứng được. Ngược lại, trong quá trình trao đổi, nếu commission của bạn dù không thuộc các thể loại nói trên nhưng mình cảm thấy không phù hợp với khả năng của mình thì mình sẽ báo với bạn để huỷ.III. QUY TRÌNH LÀM COMMISSION:
1. Cập nhật tiến độ làm commission tại: <LINK>
2. Quy trình:
- Bạn gửi brief cho mình qua EMAIL, FB, X, Discord, Tumblr,… Mình báo giá dự kiến và thời gian mình bắt đầu làm commission của bạn.
- Trao đổi và phác thảo ý tưởng. Mình sẽ sửa sketch free cho bạn trong giai đoạn này.
- Sau khi chốt bản phác thảo (color sketch), bạn vui lòng thanh toán cho mình ít nhất 50% tổng giá trị commission. Phần còn lại bạn có thể thanh toán sau khi mình hoàn thành commission.
- Mình sẽ gửi commission cho bạn qua email sau khi nhận được 100% thanh toán.
3. Một số lưu ý:
- Mình chỉ nhận thanh toán qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng.
- Thời hạn để bạn thanh toán trong mỗi giai đoạn là 1 tuần. Nếu bạn có lí do cá nhân ảnh hưởng đến việc thanh toán, vui lòng báo với mình trước nhé. Quá 1 tuần không có thông tin gì thêm từ bạn, mình sẽ huỷ commission.
- Nếu bạn huỷ commission trong giai đoạn TRƯỚC khi chốt sketch color, bạn vui lòng thanh toán cho mình 30% tổng giá trị commission. Nếu bạn huỷ commission trong giai đoạn SAU khi chốt sketch color, bạn vui lòng thanh toán cho mình 60% tổng giá trị commission.
- Sau khi chốt sketch color, mình sẽ tính phụ phí 30.000 VND cho một lần sửa, và mình sẽ không nhận sửa lại các yếu tố chính trong commission (VD: đổi concept, đổi pose, đổi ý tưởng,…)
- Bạn có thể yêu cầu huỷ commission và refund nếu sản phẩm không giống thương lượng ban đầu khi chốt sketch color. Bạn có quyền thương lượng và mình sẽ refund cho bạn 70% số tiền bạn đã thanh toán.
- Nếu trong quá trình làm việc mà mình có lí do cá nhân ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ, mình sẽ chủ động báo với bạn để rời deadline.
- Nếu mình là người huỷ commission vì bất cứ lí do gì, mình sẽ refund cho bạn toàn bộ số tiền bạn đã thanh toán.IV. VỀ QUYỀN LỢI SỬ DỤNG COMMISSION:
- Mình sẽ đăng tải commission của bạn lên các trang mạng xã hội và trang portfolio của mình với mục đích quảng bá.
- Bạn có thể tuỳ ý sử dụng commission cho mục đích cá nhân (ví dụ in keychain, in card, in sticker,…) nhưng KHÔNG ĐƯỢC PHÉP SỬ DỤNG CHO MỤC ĐÍCH THƯƠNG MẠI.
TERMS OF SERVICES
I. DEADLINE:
- 2 weeks – 1 month starting from the day I begin the commission.
- If you have your own preferable deadline, please notify me beforehand so I can arrange the order of my commissions.II. COMMISSIONS I DO NOT ACCEPT:
- I do NOT accept COMMERCE-USE Commissions.
- I accept the majority types of commissions EXCEPT Horror, Mecha, Furry, NSFW.
- You can order a commission type that is not in my sample collections. I will accept if I feel like my capability is fit for said commission. That said, during the negotiation process, if your type of commission does not fit my skill range even though it's not included in my list of 'commissions I do not accept', I will still have to notify you to terminate our contractIII. PROCEDURE:
1. Access the website <LINK> to update your commission progress.
2. Progress:
- You will send me detailed references and order via EMAIL, FB, X, DISCORD, TUMBLR,.... and I will notify you the time I would get a start on your commission.
- During our sketch negotiation, I will make free adjustments for you.
- After we confirm the color sketch, please hand me a deposit of AT LEAST 50% of the total price of the commission. The rest shall be paid after I have completed your commission.
- I will send your commission via email after it’s fully paid.
3. Some notes:
- I only accept payments through bank accounts.
- The maximum time for you to go through with the payment is 1 week. If you have personal reasons that might affect your financial situation, please notify me about the different time you can go through with the payment. If there’s no news or information from you after 1 week, your commission will be automatically terminated.
- If you terminate our contract BEFORE we can confirm the color sketch, please hand me the payment of 30% of the total price of the commission. If you terminate our contract AFTER we confirmed the color sketch, you are obligated to hand me the payment of 60% of the total price of the commission.
- After the confirmation of the color sketch, no major change’s allowed (For examples: concept, pose, major idea of the artwork,…). Each adjustment to the sketch will be charged an extra fee of 30.000.
- You have the right to ask for a termination on the commission and a refund if the finished products do not meet the requirements of the initial negotiation before the confirmation of the color sketch. We will discuss and I will give you a 70% (of the payment you have delivered) refund.
- If I have personal reasons that might affect the progress, I will I will actively notify you right away to negotiate about moving the deadline
- In the case where I were the one who terminate the commission for any sorts of reasons, I will give you a FULL refund.IV. COMMISSION ART USAGE:
- I will post your commission on my social medias and portfollio for advertisement.
- You can use your commission for your personal goals (For example: keychains, cards, stickers, etc) but you are NOT allowed to use your commission for commerce purposes.
